LACY MARIE MEYER

A NYC based Award Winning Film, Television, and Theatre Actor/Writer/Producer; who has been performing on stage since the age of five. Lacy moved to NYC to study with the acclaimed Bill Esper after finishing her first lead role in a feature film -- SUCK IT UP BUTTERCUP (Directed by Malindi Fickle/Produced by Beth O’Neil) -- for which she won Best Lead Actress four times with other awards at various film festivals across the US. 

Upon graduation from The William Esper Studio's Two Year Meisner Based Training Program, Lacy completed the feature films SECOND CHANCE (2x4 Productions) again, earning two more Best Actress Awards and JOKERS POLTERGEIST (JFA Productions). She had a Recurring Role on Comedy Central's INSIDE AMY SCHUMER (Seasons Three & Four), and has appeared in Iliza Shlesinger’s sketch comedy series on Netflix.

Lacy completed a three month run at the Cherry Lane Theatre of David Thigpen’s play HURRICANE PARTY, Directed by Maria Dizzia.

Lacy is an Ensemble and Board Member of The Collective, a NYC based Theatre and Film Production Company, and has Co-Produced, Originated six Roles, and Co-Published Short Play Anthologies with her company. 

Lacy’s short play LITTLE LIGHTS was produced by The Collective, featured an all female team of six diverse actresses and Directed by Bianca Puerto.

She is the founding member of the feminist writing group WHO I AM and a member of STILLWATER Writers as well as a recipient of the 2019 Sokoloff Creative Arts Fellowship at Town Stages in Tribeca, NYC.

Lacy has recently developed two TV Series, UNPLANNED and CONNECTED. She is currently adapting a screenplay from the play GIANTS by Playwright and New York Times Essayist, Timothy Braun.
